Descripción

Sales Executive will handle key clients, reports, and data analysis. B2B sales experience in food/raw materials is a plus.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To develop new customers for both existing and new products while maintaining strong relationships with current clients through regular communication and visits, ensuring customer retention and sustained market share
  • To accurately get data and feedback from customers on their consumption level on a routine basis
  • To analyze inventory data and customer forecasts to accurately plan stock requirements, prevent stock-outs, and drive faster inventory turnover by expanding the customer base and ensuring reliable demand projections
  • To engage in daily sales activities to generate leads and successfully convert them into actual sales
  • Correctly generate needed reports
  • ·To ensure in-depth understanding of products (flavours) to support sales efforts and effectively respond to product inquiries or concerns.

Requisito

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Food Technology / Business Management or any related disciplines
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in Sales Management
  • Experience with same industry (flavours) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Words / Excel / PowerPoint preferred
  • Posses a strong interpersonal skills including solid communication skills and ability to interact with people from all levels
  • Good business / entrepreneurial acumen, able to contribute to business development
  • Posses effective negotiation and decision making skills
  • B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Willing to travel extensively as and when required
  • Keen on details
  • Adept in using the English language
  • Experience in a multi-national company is a plus
