QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or other relevant fields) or equivalent courses

• 2+years of experience in technical sales, business development, or MEP-related engineering

• Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing) is an advantage

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a plus

• Willing to travel for client/site visits

• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Engage with clients to understand their product requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver accurate, compelling proposals that drive business growth.

• Lead client site visits to assess needs, evaluate systems, and identify opportunities for tailored solutions.

• Partner with the engineering team to translate client requirements into cost-effective proposals, technical drawings, and system specifications that support successful sales outcomes.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations

• Build and maintain good client relationships, addressing concerns and offering after-sales support

• Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation

• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives

• Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and documentation required by management
