Role Purpose

• Provide technical knowledge, support, and skills in maintaining, developing, and expanding the current and future products and services of the company.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing products and customers of the company
• Monitor consumption, status, and direction of existing customers and market
• Establish good PR, communication channels, and liaison with customers and the company
• Improve and introduce new applications or uses of existing products
• Introduce and develop new products or services to existing customers and market
• Monitor and profile upcoming industry and potential market for existing products
• Develop new markets and customers for existing and future products of the company
• Assist in developing the supply chain (supplier/source, formulation/manufacturing, storing, logistics & delivery to customers) and roll-out (marketing) of new products in the market
• Provide technical support and assistance in the operations and other concerned departments of the company
• Contribute and support the overall marketing and sales strategies and activities of the company

Reporting Structure

• All company Technical Sales Engineers, salespersons, logistics coordinator, and personnel will report directly to the V.P. Sales & Marketing or his assigned personnel.

Performance Requirements

• All Technical Sales Engineers are required to reach reasonable monthly sales quota set by the company, without commission
• All salespersons and collectors are required to submit weekly and monthly reports reflecting their activities and progress in the company

Work Hours

• Official work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Flexitime may be allowed for sales and collection group if needed or necessary
• The company expects full dedication and commitment to work, even beyond the call of duty if necessary
• Employees will be properly compensated and remunerated, including overtime pay (to be declared in writing and approved by an authorized officer)

Confidentiality & Separation Agreement

• In case of termination, resignation, or separation, the employee must:
• Not disclose any records, documents, materials, or information (written, electronic, digital, or analog) pertaining to the company’s business or activities without prior written approval from RBZ
• Return and surrender all company-owned properties (cell phone, company car, documents, contact numbers, business cards, and others) before separation

Turnover Period

• Employee must allow a minimum of one (1) month turnover period after the company formally accepts a resignation letter
• This period is for proper handover of documents, procedures, information, company accounts, and training of incoming sales employee

1. Must be a graduate of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Technology or any related technical courses
2. Must be a licensed Chemical Engineer, Chemist, Chemical Technologist or related technical field
3. Must have technical sales experience for a minimum of one (1) year
4. With good sales, PR and people skills
5. Will do field works, collection, monitoring, coordination and other related functions
6. Preferably with driver’s license and residing in Caloocan or nearby cities
