Sales Engineer (Electrical & Smart Technology)

Makati City | Full-time | On-site


About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Engineer to lead technical sales efforts in the field of electrical systems, automation, and smart technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, a sharp commercial mindset, and at least 10 years of experience in related industries.


  • Identify, develop, and manage B2B sales opportunities for electrical and smart technology solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and bid documents.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Stay updated with the latest innovations in smart tech, IoT, automation, and electrical systems.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic business growth.


Requisito


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of technical sales experience in electrical systems, smart tech, building automation, or similar.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Licensed Engineer is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati.
