At Bossjob, we believe that bringing a change to the world through technological revolution is a fulfilling opportunity. As our Sales Director, your key responsibilities are:


  • Market Expansion & Business Development: Spearhead Bossjob’s business expansion in the Philippine market. Leverage existing industry connections and networks to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and onboard key enterprise clients.


  • Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the HQ team to establish and execute an effective sales strategy tailored to the Philippine market. Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and user behaviors to localize and optimize sales approaches.


  • Coaching & Training: Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to company growth. Ensure the team's adherence to sales processes and guidelines for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Reporting: Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and provide regular reports and strategic insights to the HQ team.


  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the product and operations teams to align on customer requirements and provide market feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Requisito

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in leading a sales team, acquiring clients for new products, or establishing a sales function from the ground up in a startup or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in business expansion, preferably with existing connections in HR tech, job platforms, or B2B sales in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • A customer-centric approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
