Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will promote and sell our products/services to potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to earn through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when needed
• Keep records of sales, customer feedback, and follow-up activities
• Participate in team meetings and marketing activities

Qualifications:

• High school graduate (college level or experience in sales is a plus)
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated
• Willing to work on commission-based earnings
• Can work independently and meet targets
