Work Details:

• Work Location: Isabela, Legazpi Albay and Sta. Rosa Laguna.
• Work Schedule: Work On Site Premise
• Monday - Friday / 8:30 – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Communicates and assists the Sales Assistant, or Sales Officer from loan signing to booking and timely informs concerns encountered for immediate resolution.
• Coordinates with internal departments during loan processing and other related tasks such as documents for signing and submission.
• Screens and ensure completeness of loan booking related documents prior receiving from Dealer representative.
• Reviews and scans accurate documents within reasonable time prior endorsing to Sales
• Assistant for seamless loan booking.
• Ensures timely compliance of noted document deficiencies upon review.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good interpersonal skills (verbal communication, listening skills, assertiveness)
• Able to do the job function well even in extreme work pressure
• With sales experience preferably in Auto Loans
• Willing to do fieldworks and overtime during weekdays and/or weekends from time to time.
• Computer Literate
• Excellent Communications Skills
