• Promotes FLI properties through manning, advertisements and other effective strategies.

• Provides site tour for ocular visits.

• Prospects and source potential clients and provide excellent customer service

• Ensure closing of sales

• Prepare necessary paper works for the client and ensures collection of required documents

• Develops and maintains client database

• Prepares and facilitates effective client presentations

• Renders overall Customer Service

• Ensures efficient delivery of monthly sales target.

• A graduate of any 2 or 4 year course or have earned at least 72 units in college

• Ambitious, Self-driven & Highly motivated

• Must be internet & social media savvy

• Sales experience in real estate or other sales industry is an advantage but not required

• Amenable to do mall manning & digital selling

• Fresh graduates and career-shifters
