The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for building client relationships and understanding customer needs. This role involves generating new leads, following up with prospects, preparing proposals, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored low voltage/security solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking performance using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Provide timely follow-up, communication, and support to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Sales experience (low voltage/security industry experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of low voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, intercoms, and networking.
• Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Customer Service: Client-first approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Other Requirements: Reliable internet connection, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and CRM software.
