  • Conduct personalized product consultations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness of the boutique.

Requisito

  • With good customer service and communication skills. Pleasing personality; persuasive and outspoken.
  • Pleasing personality and confident presence.
  • Open to transgender and LGBTQ+ applicants, as long as willing to comply with standard grooming and attire policies.
  • Clear complexion, no visible facial marks or physical conditions that may affect presenting the Luxelle image.
  • Background in sales and promotion is an advantage, preferably in retail or any face-to-face selling experience.
  • Experience in selling beauty products is a plus.
  • Ability to understand, compute, and meet sales targets and quotas.
  • Knowledge in doing inventory, securing store stocks, and ensuring complete/proper display.
  • Can handle customer inquiries, concerns, and difficult situations professionally.
  • Can share success stories and key achievements from previous roles or projects.
  • Flexible and willing to take on different tasks (event selling) from time to time.
