Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and offer advice based on customer needs and preferences.
Sales Support: Help customers make purchasing decisions and encourage sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Inventory Management: Restock shelves, organize products, and ensure the store's merchandise is well-presented and available.
Handling Transactions: Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle refunds or exchanges in accordance with store policies.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, sales promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including maintaining displays and arranging stock.
Sales Reporting: Track daily sales, monitor stock levels, and report any issues with inventory to management.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to meet store targets, ensure smooth operations, and assist with store events or promotions.

Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is beneficial but not always required.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems or inventory management tools.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to juggle various tasks such as assisting customers while maintaining the store's organization.
