- Respond to customer emails, live chat, and social media inquiries.
- Process online orders and track shipments.
- Update and maintain product listings on websites and marketplaces.
- Assist with online promotions, campaigns, and discount codes.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment teams for order dispatch.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify issues and improve service.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Support digital marketing campaigns (email, Google Ads, social media).
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for product promotion.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Support back-end order management when needed.
- Knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- Proficiency with online platforms (Shopee, Carousell etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset and interest in branding and marketing.
- Photoshop or Canva skills are a plus.
- Customer-first attitude and ability to handle pressure.
