FYB Technologies Inc. is a startup software technology company specializing in custom software development and gaming integration or aggregator. We empower businesses of all sizes to succeed in the digital marketplace by creating scalable, high-performance platforms and applications. With a strong B2B focus, we provide a wide range of services, including payment gateway solutions, white label products, and iGaming platforms, such as casino integration, payment and gaming aggregators. We serve a broad client base, helping them meet the growing demands of the online gaming and e-commerce industries.

Our core clients are in the gaming industry, specifically i-casino and iGaming companies. We help them improve their platforms by enhancing user engagement and providing new opportunities for growth. Our goal is to ensure that our clients experience an excellent digital that is interactive and dynamic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage high-value prospects in the iGaming space.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver client-specific solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to influence product development and positioning.
  • Represent FYB Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Mentor and support sales team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in the iGaming or i-casino industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming products. Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Excellent closing skills with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into deals.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken – with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools.
  • Strong network within the iGaming industry is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-driven approach to closing business.
  • Experience in working with or selling to iGaming operators, game providers, or aggregators.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects of online gaming.
