• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
• Work through leads to Sales on CRM
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
• Give presentations, product demos, and general support to prospective customers
• Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness, and engagement in various online platforms and/or offline channels
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts
• Work with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, highly motivated, aggressive, ambitious, and competitive
• IT and HR background is a plus
