Descripción

Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Prospect, identify and engage new clients in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and solar energy sectors.
Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored solutions and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate products such as thermocouple heaters, sensors, and other consumables.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities, especially in the solar panel market.
Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support
Provide regular reports and sales forecast to management
Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.

Requisito

3-5years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or solar panel industries.
Background in selling technical or industrial products such as heaters, sensors, or equipment consumables is highly preferred
Familiarity with solar PV system components and market dynamics is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Willing to travel to meet clients, attend events, and support regional accounts
