Descripción
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet hotel revenue goals, including targeted sales plans for different market segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
Create and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase the hotel’s visibility and attract guests.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media, and online travel agents (OTAs).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the hotel remains competitive in pricing and offerings.
Public Relations & Branding:
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels to strengthen the hotel’s identity.
Coordinate with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and local organizations to enhance public relations efforts.
Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and group bookers.
Respond to inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and negotiate corporate contracts.
Maintain a database of potential leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Event Promotion and Coordination:
Promote and manage special events hosted by the hotel, including weddings, conferences, and seminars.
Coordinate with the events team to ensure a seamless execution of events and customer satisfaction.
Market the hotel as an ideal venue for corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
Revenue Management Support:
Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to ensure effective pricing strategies are in place and that the hotel’s inventory is being maximized.
Monitor booking trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance, including ROI, website traffic, and guest feedback.
Requisito
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
