Descripción
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare sales forecasts and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.
Requisito
- Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
- Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
- Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
- Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
- Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Knowledgeable with team building techniques
- Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
- Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
- Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
- Willing to work at Ugong Valenzuela City, Monday - Friday
