  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle communication with clients and vendors, both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist in preparing reports and documents.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
