Assist all Directors, Sales & Service in their daily transaction work.
Replies & entertains to inquiries regarding Sales & Service related matters.
Attends corporate, sales & services as needed & requested.
Assist Sales & Service Department in conducting product orientation & presentation to clients regarding proper maintenance & operation of products.
Assist in canvassing of pertinent cost from subcontractors/suppliers/relevant agencies with related to Sales & Services.
Prepares and submits quotation.
Follow-up with clients on the status of quotations submitted and the issuance of purchase orders, sales contract, notice to precede award.
Sources and evaluates quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers and recommend approval of the best offer.
Filling & Preparing all file of pertinent documents on a per project basis.
Establishes and maintains effective relations with end-user/ clients, project consultants, project managers and sub-contractors/suppliers.

BS Electrical, Mechanical, and Marketing Graduate
Licensed Engineer is not required, but a plus
With at least 3 years of experience
