JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or any related field
• With 7 to 8 years’ experience in Sales
• With experience in Cars Accessories and Lubricant
• Willing to be travel in different location of the company (Visayas/ Mindanao)
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor competitor activity in the local market—including pricing, product offerings, and sales strategies—and develop or adapt relevant strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the dealership and foster strong, strategic relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze sales and market performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare the annual team budget and oversee the effective utilization of approved financial resources.
• Collaborate with fleet customers, dealer principals, and other key stakeholders to achieve defined business objectives and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Support the sales team by helping individuals set ambitious yet achievable monthly targets, and providing guidance and resources to help them succeed.
