Descripción

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for closing new business, researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will need to discuss and match the needs of your business customers, attend face-to-face meetings and deliver polished presentations that outline the benefits of the product or service to be able to generate new business for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation – Identify, prospect, and develop new leads through strategic sales activities, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales & Business Development – Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to build relationships, pitch solutions, and close new business opportunities.
  • Proposal & Negotiation – Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals, handle objections, and negotiate terms to meet client needs.
  • Pipeline & Reporting – Maintain accurate CRM data, track opportunities, and submit regular reports on progress and performance against targets.
  • Account & Compliance Management – Ensure contracts, compliance, and client relationships are properly managed while exploring opportunities for growth.

Requisito

  • Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills – Proven B2B sales expertise with pipeline management experience.
  • Effective Communication & Relationship-Building – Excellent oral/written skills; able to influence decision-makers and work well with people at all levels.
  • Target-Driven & Resilient – Comfortable working under pressure with ambitious deadlines and sales goals.
  • Problem-Solving & Leadership – Creative thinker with teamwork and leadership abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented & Customer-Focused – Attentive to detail, service-oriented, and quick to learn sales processes.
