Job Title: Wet Market Development Executive

Location: Sucat, Parañaque

Reports to: Modern Trade Sales Manager

Role Type: Independent Contributor

Channel: Wet Market – South Luzon, North Luzon, and GMA

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱60,000 (Monthly)



The Wet Market Development Executive is responsible for managing and developing key wet market accounts in South Luzon, North Luzon, and GMA, including major markets in Pasig, Quezon City, and Taytay. The role focuses on driving sales growth, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction integrity.



The position requires strong field execution, regular market visits, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure stock availability, promotions, and customer satisfaction. The Wet Market Development Executive acts as the company’s frontline representative, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining trust with market partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow assigned wet market accounts in South Luzon, North Luzon, and GMA.
  • Develop relationships with key market vendors and ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Execute sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising plans in assigned markets.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, transaction accuracy, and integrity in all dealings.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability.
  • Report sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and trade regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.


Job Requirements


  • Minimum Experience: 3–5 years as a Sales Executive or in a related sales role.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven experience handling wet market accounts.
  • Strong integrity and ability to manage cash responsibly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, plan routes, and execute field activities effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office for reporting purposes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with wet markets in South Luzon, North Luzon, and GMA.
  • Background in FMCG or consumer goods sales.
