Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met. 


Sales & Business Development:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. 


Sales Cycle Management:

  • Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, often involving presentations, negotiations, and contract management. 


Account Planning:

  • Creating and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client value. 


Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

  • Addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. 


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management. 

Requisito

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree is generally required, often in business, marketing, or communications. Some positions, especially at the senior level, may prefer or require a master's degree. 


Sales Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, typically 2-3 years, is often a prerequisite.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 


Sales & Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. 


Organizational & Time Management Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 


Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions. 


Product Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
