1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management - Identify and engage potential clients (B2B, SMBs, or enterprise) through cold calling and client visits to understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions

2. Sales and Revenue Generation – Sell IT hardware, software and services to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge - Staying up to date with the latest offerings of each product. Attend assigned trainings to develop IT knowledge.

4. Quoting and Proposal Development - Prepare and send accurate quotes that bring value add to clients

5. Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → needs analysis → proposal → negotiation → closing → post-sales follow-up.

6. Reporting - Submit required reports such as Sales and Activity report.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Attend assigned trainings to develop IT knowledge.

2. Do Lead Generation through cold-calling and client visits in an effort to build active customer database.

3. Submit required reports such as Sales and Profit Report and Lead Generation Report.

4. Develop strategies that will help in the penetration of key industries such as BPO, FSI, Manufacturing and Retail.

5. Achieve or exceed assigned monthly gross profit quota.

6. Represent PTSI in client, distributor and vendor events.


Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related course
  2. 2-5yrs work experience in Sales or preferably work related industry
  3. Sales and account management experience, particularly in a similar industry
  4. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and software is increasingly important.
  5. Sales Executives often manage multiple accounts and need to stay organized to meet deadlines.
  6. The ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and manage relationships is crucial.
  7. Communication skills - strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and building relationships.
  8. Effective negotiation skills needed to close deals and reach sales targets
  9. The ability to persuade clients and present the value of products or services is important.
  10. The ability to analyze sales data and market trends is becoming increasingly important.
  11. Understanding the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, is beneficial.
  12. A focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations is highly valued.
  13. Sales Executives often work independently but also collaborate with other team members.
