- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- The applicant must have experience in field sales, collection and account management with strong background with automotive industry and engine lubricant experience is a plus
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales or account management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Self - motivated, results - oriented and a team player.
