Job Description: Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. They play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations

  • Present products or services to potential customers.
  • Address client needs, provide solutions, and negotiate contracts.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Achieving Targets

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requisito

  • Proven experience in sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and strategies.
