Plan and implement product displays and floor layouts to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Analyze sales trends, store performance, and customer feedback to make informed merchandising decisions.
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and retail teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
Ensure all stores follow visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
Visit store locations regularly to audit displays, gather market intelligence, and support retail teams.
Track and report on product performance, inventory levels, and merchandising KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and sales reports.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and retail software
Flexibility to travel to various store locations as needed.
