Position Overview:

A Retail Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are displayed, stocked, and promoted effectively in retail stores to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, setting up displays, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with store staff and management.

• Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to encourage customer interest and sales.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and comply with company standards.
• Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate replenishments as needed.
• Implement merchandising plans, promotions, and seasonal displays.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product visibility and display compliance.
• Track and report sales trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure pricing, labeling, and signage are accurate and up to date.
• Follow health, safety, and company guidelines in all merchandising activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser, Sales Associate, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for product presentation.
• Ability to work independently and travel to different store locations if required.

Work Environment:

• On-site in retail stores, supermarkets, or showrooms.
• May involve lifting, moving, and setting up displays.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays depending on retail needs.
