Descripción

Provide a warm, welcoming experience by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm
Recommend suitable products by identifying customer needs and offering detailed product insights
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Maintain clean, organized product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by using effective sales techniques
Participate in store promotions and help with content for social media campaigns
Offer exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Prepare and submit sales reports on a daily and weekly basis
Collaborate with store leadership on operational tasks and performance goals
Mentor and assist new team members to support a cooperative team environment

Requisito

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales setting (required)
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
Comfortable engaging with customers via social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Experience with online retail or live selling is a plus
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible or rotating shifts
Willingness to cover shifts or travel to other store locations if necessary
Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment
