Descripción
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, after-sales management, effective customer management, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and inventory management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, proactive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
