The Floral Associate is responsible for assisting customers with their flower purchases, maintaining the quality and appearance of floral displays, and supporting overall shop operations. This role includes flower preparation, inventory support, and ensuring excellent customer service.

1. Welcome and assist customers with flower selections.

2. Provide product knowledge and suggestions based on customer needs.

3. Cut, condition, and prepare flowers upon delivery to ensure freshness and quality.

4. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, monitoring, and organization.

5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the floral area and workstations.

6. Wrap and package flowers attractively for customer orders.

7. Ensure flowers are displayed in an appealing and fresh manner.

8. Support daily shop operations and other related tasks as assigned.

1. At least College level

2. Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, varying schedules, and rotating day-offs.

3. Passionate about flowers, plants, and creating a welcoming customer experience.

4. Previous experience in market-style setups is a plus. Candidates who are hardworking, adaptable, and not selective about tasks will have an advantage.
