• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

• Assist customers with inquiries about retail products, orders, deliveries, and returns via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate product information and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
• Process order placements, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
• Handle complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
• Update customer accounts and document transactions accurately in the system.
• Meet performance goals including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates and support staff to resolve complex issues.
• Uphold company policies, data privacy, and service standards at all times.
