Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and sell company products effectively
• Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Process sales transactions and handle payments properly
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
• Follow company policies and sales procedures

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• With sales/retail experience (experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented and sales-driven
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Honest, presentable, and hardworking
