About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing team at La Sedia Furniture! If you are skilled with connecting with people, provide excellent customer service, and help clients find the right products or solutions, this role is perfect for you.

You will be the face of our brand! Assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring everyone who walks in has a great experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers warmly and professionally
• Recommend products and services that fit customers’ needs
• Meet individual and team sales targets consistently
• Maintain neatness and great appeal of the store
• Handle customer transactions accurately
• Support smooth daily store operations

What We’re Looking for:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus!)
• Strong communication skills
• A charming and confident personality
• Strong passion for providing great service
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
