Descripción
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure consistency and maintain budgetary goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
