Descripción

Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance and present findings to senior management.
Manage inventory, budgeting, and expenses to maintain profitability.
Coordinate with other departments to support overall company objectives.
Facilitate training and development programs for branch staff.

Requisito

Graduate of HRM or a business-related course
At least 3 years' experience in the restaurant industry
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated
