• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage staff, ensure quality customer service, and control costs.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies to enhance service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
• Prepare financial reports and manage the restaurant's budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or relevant roles.
• Strong restaurant management and cost management skills; able team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in computer applications.
• Fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Can start ASAP
