  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintain quality standards, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • From 4 to 5 star hotel or restaurant.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork abilities, quality control expertise, effective operations management, and a strong work ethic.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work collaboratively.
