- Manage and process reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update customer information.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Manage reservations, assist customers, and ensure efficient service delivery.
Requisito
- Job Title: Reservation Admin
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer relationship management, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours with potential peak times.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities.
