We are hiring a Regulatory/Compliance Officer to ensure that the company adheres to government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. This role will be responsible for developing and monitoring compliance programs, securing and renewing regulatory permits, and coordinating with agencies such as the FDA, IPO, DOLE, BIR, SEC, and LGUs.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Prepare, file, and renew documentation with relevant government agencies (e.g., FDA – cosmetics, IPO, DOLE, BIR, SEC, LGUs).
• Maintain and update regulatory permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Provide guidance and training to staff regarding compliance requirements and regulatory updates.
• Investigate, document, and report compliance issues; support implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or audit-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of compliance processes with FDA (cosmetics) and IPO.
• Familiarity with other regulatory bodies (BIR, SEC, DOLE, LGUs).
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
