At Lifestrong Marketing Inc., the Regulatory Affairs Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that all company products—including cosmetics, food supplements, and personal care items—comply with applicable government regulations and industry standards. The role oversees product registration processes, coordinates with regulatory authorities such as the FDA and DOH, and works cross-functionally to support product development and launches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the end-to-end product registration process with the FDA, DOH, and other regulatory bodies (both local and international, as applicable).
  • Review and validate product dossiers, labeling, claims, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and track regulatory submissions, certificates, and license renewals to prevent compliance lapses.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., R&D, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Marketing) to support product compliance from development to post-market.
  • Maintain accurate and organized regulatory documentation and records in accordance with GMP and FDA guidelines.
  • Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and changes in regulatory frameworks relevant to cosmetics, personal care, and health-related products.
  • Lead the preparation for audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Mentor and supervise junior regulatory staff, delegating tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and fostering compliance culture within the team.
  • Participate in internal meetings to provide regulatory input on new product concepts, innovations, and formulations.

Requisito

  • Licensed Pharmacist or graduate of Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related science course.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the cosmetics, food supplements, or consumer health industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Familiarity with Philippine FDA processes, portals, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of local and international regulations on cosmetics and wellness products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management skills.
