Work Setup: Hybrid / 3x onsite, 10pm - 7am or 11pm - 8am

 

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones (US-focused).
  • Provide candidates with interview details, preparation materials, and follow-up communication.
  • Ensure timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, phone, or messaging platforms.

Administrative Support

  • Manage job postings across job boards and internal platforms.
  • Track and monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly recruitment status updates for the US team.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate closely with US Account Managers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure alignment on interview schedules, job requirements, and candidate status.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all candidate documentation and interview records are complete and compliant.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Recruitment experience in an RPO or BPO environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), especially when interacting with US stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support US time zones.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
