  1. Ensures that all manpower vacancies are filled up with the right candidates following identified lead time.
  2. Conducts proactive sourcing of applicants utilizing JobStreet, local newspapers and social media sites such as but not limited to Facebook, Linkedin and Indeed.
  3. Attends job fairs and career talks hosted by PESO, TESDA, colleges and universities. Prepares banners and flyers prior to the activity.
  4. Paper-screens resumes from various sources and matches the job description vis-a-vis the resume of the applicant.
  5. Reaches out and schedules applicants for interview. Organizes and coordinates interview schedule with requisitioning Department Managers.
  6. Conducts behavioral job interviews of applicants and provides timely feedback to superiors and requisitioning Department Managers.
  7. Legibly writes down initial interview assessment of the applicant being interviewed using the Interview Sheet.
  8. Prepares a shortlist of qualified applicants and submits this together with applicant’s resumes to Recruitment Manager for further evaluation.
  9. Prepares and publishes job advertisements in various portals and local newspapers. Coordinates with local radio stations to announce job openings.
  10. Consistently monitors flow of applications on a daily basis and updates the Recruitment Manager.
  11. Ensures timely, complete and accurate documentation of all pre-employment and hiring documents which includes reference checks, medical and physical examination, 201 file, employment contract, job description and Company ID.
  12.  Maintains an accurate and up-to-date manpower records in both the 201 file and in the Corporate Human Resource Information System. 
  13. Encodes new hires and checks proper tagging of transferred, resigned, AWOL and terminated employees in the system.
  14. Coordinates with Department Managers in updating Manpower Fixed Plantilla Report and other related reports.
  15. Conducts orientation of company policies for non-managers. Prepares Orientation Schedule ahead of time.
  16. Introduces newly hired employees and ensures smooth endorsement of newly hired employees to all departments/units as part of the socialization process.
  17. Performs support functions such as organizing, filing, distribution and typing up of documents.
  18. Performs other functions as may be necessary from time to time.
