The Role:

We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter who genuinely wants to make a difference — someone who’s excited about talking to people, solving hiring challenges, and making great matches happen. Whether you already have experience in recruitment or you're a sharp, driven fresh grad looking for a real career path, this could be a great fit.

This isn’t a passive role. It’s for someone who enjoys being hands-on — sourcing, screening, and closing hires, while building strong relationships along the way.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Your success in this role is measured by one key outcome: how many quality hires you make. Everything you do will directly impact that goal.

·      Source actively and aggressively — don’t wait for applicants. Find the right people through multiple platforms, referrals, and outreach strategies.

·      Get the right candidates excited and ready to commit. Understand what motivates them and match them to the best-fit roles.

·      Screen fast but smart — identify high-potential candidates quickly so they don’t get lost in the pipeline.

·      Follow up with urgency to avoid fallouts and keep candidates moving toward the hire.

·      Coordinate tightly with account managers so your endorsements align with client expectations and lead to hires.

·      Prioritize action: If a step leads to a hire, do it faster. If it doesn’t, adapt. Every move should help you close more roles.

·      Own your pipeline: Track every candidate, follow up without being told, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requisito

What We’re Looking For:

This job is ideal for someone who actually wants to do recruitment — not just someone who likes the idea of working from home. You’ll do well here if you take initiative, communicate well, and care about doing things right.


For Experienced Recruiters:

·      At least 1 year of solid experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house is fine).

·      You’ve hit targets, closed roles, and know what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced setup.


For Fresh Grads:

·      A degree in HR, Psych, IT, Business, or any related field.

·      A strong interest in recruitment and tech.

·      You enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and learning fast.


For Everyone:

·      You’re proactive and organized.

·      You follow through, communicate clearly, and take pride in your work.

·      You want to grow, not just get by.
