We are looking for a Branch Insurance Officer who will lead agent recruitment, activation, and branch growth.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing a network of insurance agents—driving sales performance, ensuring quality service, and supporting branch operations to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment & Activation

• Source, screen, and onboard new insurance agents.
• Conduct training and orientation sessions for new hires.

Branch Operations Support

• Coordinate daily branch activities and monitor agent performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Relationship & Performance Management

• Build strong relationships with agents and clients.
• Coach agents to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.

Business Development

• Implement marketing and recruitment campaigns in the local area.
• Identify opportunities to expand branch presence and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or insurance operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Experience in the insurance or financial-services industry is an advantage.
