The Senior Recruiter is responsible to lead and manage recruitment operations in our manpower agency. The Senior Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, handle client job orders, supervise junior recruiters, and ensure the timely deployment of qualified candidates. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and expertise in bulk and specialized hiring.


  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Agency recruitment experience is preferred but not required.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for client job orders (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and deployment).
  • Supervise and mentor junior recruiters and recruitment staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate closely with clients to understand manpower requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for high-volume and specialized roles.
  • Manage applicant pipelines and maintain a talent pool for various industries (blue-collar and white-collar positions).
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws, client requirements, and company policies.
  • Organize and oversee recruitment activities such as job fairs, field recruitment, and community sourcing.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring quality, candidate retention) and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and candidates during the recruitment and placement process.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management and clients regarding recruitment performance.
