Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates.
- Support the talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
