Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Makati

Schedule: Night shift

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with either a background in nursing or proven experience in hospital recruitment to join our growing team of healthcare recruiters. Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Philippines exploring a career shift, or recruiters with a deep understanding of hospital staffing needs and healthcare roles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various hospital roles (Nurses, Allied Health, & Hospital Administration). 
• They will recruit primarily for leadership roles such as Nurse Coordinator, Nursing Manager, RN Director, Nursing VP and advanced practice (APRNs) Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse anesthetist.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 
• Use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to build talent pipelines. 
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience. 
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). 

Qualification and requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (PH license acceptable) or have 2+ years of hospital/medical recruitment experience. 
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and hospital workflows. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.). 
• Driven, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines. 

Preferred But Not Required: 

• Experience working with international or U.S.-based hospital clients. 
• Background in BPO or healthcare outsourcing is a plus. 

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
