Know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter
Stakeholder Management
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish.
Maintain candidate records and manage applicant tracking systems.
Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in recruitment software. Know how to conduct Head Hunting. Familiar in STAR Method
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, Head Hunting Niche profile, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
Working Conditions: Office-based with potential hybrid set up; may require overtime in peak hiring periods.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure; strong organizational skills.
