RPO Manager oversees and manages recruitment operations. This role is crucial in aligning the recruitment strategy of a client organization with the capabilities of the RPO provider to deliver high-quality hires efficiently.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the RPO team and the client.
  • Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs are met.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic meetings with the client.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
  • Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to compliance and process standards.

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Partner with client stakeholders (e.g., HR, business leaders) to understand hiring forecasts.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support talent demand.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate recruitment workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Leverage technology and data to streamline operations and enhance candidate experience.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
  • Use analytics to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI of the RPO engagement.

Change Management

  • Lead transitions for new client engagements or process changes.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of recruitment tools or strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management
  • Atleast 3 years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in ATS/CRM systems
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience in managing large-scale hiring projects (e.g., volume hiring, niche hiring)
